In an attempt to remind Snorer (the ex police dog whose lost his bark) how to bark, Needles poses as a robber. At first the plan works, Snorer apprehends Needles and barks for the first time in years.
Snorer is grumpier than usual, he's just lost a tooth. Put it under your pillow says Nurse Penny The tooth fairy will take it and give you a coin. Nonsense barks Snorer but that night he puts his tooth under the pillow anyway.
A robot with a mechanical voice wants to be able to sing nicely. Singing lessons from Nurse Penny and Snorer fail to do the trick. Pins and Needle's 'upsey downsey' singing aid doesn't help at all.
A lop eared rabbit enters St Bear's Dolls Hospital. He's afraid of the dark and he doesn't like tunnels much either. Pins and Needles try to build him a miners helmet but it doesn't work. Other madcap schemes have the audience laughing but don't.
Everyone decides to go on an outing. As it doesn't include golf or tea the Professor volunteers to watch the hospital and get some peace. Some lost baby Teddy Bears turn up and Professor Teddy finally resorts to reliving some hilarious.
A little doll has a big problem. Her pull chord is jammed. All she can say, time and again is Is it time for tea yet?. As usual everyone tries to help. Professor Teddy's suggestion of ear plugs for everyone causes mayhem.
A medical student comes to St Bear's Dolls Hospital. A young bear who is rather full of himself and somewhat dismissive of the way things are done at St Bear's. Very old fashioned' declares the student.
A Scarecrow doll comes to St Bear's. He is very upset. He is supposed to scare birds away but he's so cute and cuddly with his straw hat, big scarf and patchwork coat that he doesn't scare anyone.
It's pouring with rain outside. Professor Teddy Stitching is all dressed up in his cape and hat. You can't see his face at all. He is mistaken for a patient and ends up going on a madcap journey around the hospital.
An abandon baby doll is brought to St Bear's. Nurse Penny and the team lovingly care for the lost doll. St Bear's turns into a creche when a cuddly toy Dalmatian and toy duck are brought in as lost toys.
